CurrentPassionate about the constantly evolving Information Technology space and working with leading and developing organisations across South Africa.Specialist verticals include (but are not limited to); Software Development/Architecture, Cyber Security, DevOps & Infrastructure, QA/Testing, BI, Data & Analytics.Our team operates within the following industry sectors; Digital Transformation, Software, FinTech, Banking, Retail, FMCG, Ecommerce, Telecoms, Financial Services & more.Responsibilities: • Lead the full recruitment cycle for various technology roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.• Conduct talent pool analysis to identify potential candidates and assess market trends to inform recruitment strategies.• Collaborate closely with clients via the CSM team to understand their needs, culture, and vision, effectively translating them into recruitment processes.• Source candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms and direct outreach, resulting in a robust candidate pipeline.• Conduct in-depth interview prep to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing detailed feedback to clients via the CSM team• Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.• Utilize applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to maintain organized candidate records and streamline communication.• Provide ongoing support to candidates post-placement to ensure successful integration of candidates into their teams.
