Manage daily operations of a paper converting company. Tasked with implementing daily safety and operational procedures. Train managers and key team members on all aspects of lean manufacturing processes. Key objectives were to implement standardized work processes and warehouse operations. Primary objectives completed in 11 months; 13 months ahead of predicted schedule.

Monitor daily operations within the special handling section of the 82d APS at Travis AFB. Train members in the safe handling and transportaion of hazardous materials. Schedule and monitor all aspects of annual training exercises for teams larger than 30 members. Tours often include travel to foriegn coutries. Mechanical technician working with the engineering team for development and build up of large optical switch. System incorporated high vacuum, high voltage, optical alignments and various precision assemblies. During my tenure I was also the supervising technician for the operations within the class 100 clean room as well as a primary technician during the building of the clean room and equipment installation.

Supervise maintenance crew for a CD/DVD manufacturing plan. Ensure replication, silk screen, and packaging lines were operational. Maintained all mastering equipment in a class 1000 clean room.
