• Jay Sparks grew up in the recording studios of Nashville, where he produced national media campaigns around key issues as a teen.• He found himself in Seattle at the height of the tech gold rush transitioning into a marketing career as Director of Marketing for a very smart, young start-up called Speakeasy Broadband.• He went to NYC where he partnered helping indie music labels make money online with Toolshed.• He worked in the digital side of the TV business, focusing first on SEO for [TheDailyShow.com](http://thedailyshow.com/) and then producing some of the first Facebook apps and Pages to exist, including one for a cool cartoon called South Park.• He produced and managed The Daily Show and Colbert Report fan community sites.• Jay went on to work with numerous brands in different countries such as Hamburg’s Kite Worldwide as a content producer and digital strategy consultant.• Jay now lives in Minneapolis operating his agency which focuses on helping small businesses scale and sustain growth using AI and data driven marketing techniques.
