Jay brings a strong background in corporate ecosystems through technology, collaboration, and team structures. Jay founded yWhales at the behest of hundreds of business professionals around the planet that were eager to learn and invest in the upcoming Web3 transition. Leveraging the YPO network to transition into a Web3 community became a full-time endeavor with Jay adding many staff and Co-Founders along the way. Through disciplined onboarding with KYC, yWhales maintains a secure environment for business leaders around the world to interact 24/7 anytime and anywhere in the world. Prior to yWhales, Jay managed the successful sale of his families retail empire to private equity in 2019. Jay and his wife Amanda founded VUE Enterprises another corporate ecosystem based in the residential and commercial real estate market. With over two decades of venture capital and startup experience Jay was also one of the founding board members of Arch Grants in charge of building the competitions selection and due diligence process.
