Jay offers significant expertise in US federal taxation, international taxation, transfer pricing, tax efficient structuring and planning, M&A and financial reporting matters. Jay has worked with a wide range of companies to design, implement, and sustain tax-efficient supply chains, including the negotiation of tax incentives in various territories.Jay’s dedication and enthusiasm for the Silicon Valley community extends beyond his business relationships. Since 2010, Jay has been an active Board member of The First Tee of Silicon Valley, a non-profit organization teaching life skills to disadvantaged youth, integrating the core values of integrity, respect and perseverance through the game of golf.Jay has a Master of Business Taxation degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor in Science in Accountancy from Elon College.
