Develop, gather and communicate the processes, documentation and design standards required for the team to effectively deliver consistent and value-driven data analytics to Enterprise Technology leadership and stakeholders. Initiated and led the effort to research, apply and provide guidance for the team’s usage of generative AI (Chat GPT and EY’s internal LLM called EYQ.)

Point of contact for both the owners and users of EY technology in Canada, South America and the U.S. In that capacity I developed promotional campaigns, training and related materials to foster knowledge and use of EY’s technology products and services.

Responsible for Information Security communications and special projects; video and new media consultant to the department; and a member of the IT Services Editorial Board and IT Services Community Home Space Task Force.

Developed and marketed advertising sponsorship opportunities for Sony's Jumbotron screen in Times Square. Also responsible for development of audience traffic analysis, promotional collateral and CRM
