• Managed a portfolio in excess of $500 million • Partnered with Relationship Managers and Senior Bankers to provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions that enable the clients to meet their financial objectives and utilize the full breadth of the Bank's product platform.• Help drive the financial performance of the team's revenue and risk management goals through portfolio management activities including credit facility underwriting and structuring, credit risk and exposure monitoring, file maintenance, on-going covenant compliance verification, business development and lending/sales support, and operational support.• Identifies opportunities to provide the client with knowledge and access to the breadth of Key's product platform which includes: interim and permanent credit facilities, cash management, interest rate management, syndications, private equity, subordinated debt, deposits, leasing, private banking, and equipment finance.• Coordinates and completes annual reviews, loan renewals, quarterly portfolio reviews, and asset quality reports. Monitors assigned portfolio for adherence to approved loan requirements and manage past dues, requirement ticklers, portfolio follow-up, and credit files. Works with Client Servicing to facilitate completion of annual reviews and property inspections, monitoring of covenant compliance and other items to secure the Bank’s position and avoid potential losses.• Partners effectively with Credit, Product Partners, Closers, Servicing, Technical Services, and other partners to identify cross-sell opportunities and deepen client relationships as well as solve internal obstacles and deliver a seamless execution.

• Manage a CRE portfolio in excess of $400 million consisting of over 85 relationships.• Support the Senior Credit Officer in the administration of the commercial real estate loan portfolio for two relationship managers in order to achieve the desired results of quality and profitability. . • Participate in the relationship risk management process through preparing thorough and accurate loan review packages, conducting timely covenant compliance, and completing special reporting/assessments that adhere to bank policy.• Provide support to relationship managers by validating underwriting, policy compliance and risk assessments on credit request packages to be submitted for approval.• Assist in portfolio risk management by completing third party reporting initiatives, specified quarterly and annual reports, and risk management special projects.

•Manage a portfolio of CRE and C&I problem loans in excess of $300 million consisting of over 70 relationships.•Support the Senior Credit Officer in the administration of the commercial loan portfolio in order to achieve the desired results of quality, profitability, and growth.•Evaluate alternative debt structure options for high risk clients to maximize recovery of asset value through workout, litigation, and/or bankruptcy. •Develop and execute comprehensive resolution strategies and recommend action plans including asset valuation, disposition strategy, and risk assessment by protecting and maintaining assets to maximize profits from eventual sales.

•Managed a portfolio in excess of $350 million while minimizing the bank's criticized and non-performing asset portfolios.•Restructured loans in an effort to bring to them to re-accrual status and to prevent non-performing assets.•Maximized recovery on commercial real estate loans previously charged off.•Helped to dispose of the bank's OREO in a timely manner and at a maximum price by working with our OREO Specialists.
