• Organized meeting with Architects/engineers to discuss the specifications/standards, with vendors & service providers to bid clarifications for accurate procurement.
• Verified the general compliance of the deliverables/shop drawings/coordination drawings along with the specification, architectural drawings and past project learning.
• Execution of the orders according to the schedule, scope & quality with necessary safety criteria.
• Dealing with Architects/Engineers/Drafting staff for acquiring required information as RFI’s, explaining the standard to contractors, dealt with the observations, failures and/or inadequacies on site and maintain all.
• Evaluated the engineering progress against the contract base timeline, approved the cost and provided assessment of engineering accuracy, capability and timely completion.
