With a blend of experience in the aviation, construction, and food service sectors, I bring a unique perspective and a proven track record of adaptability, reliability, and excellence in high-pressure situations.Currently, I’m a Flight Attendant with Flair Airlines, where I ensure the safety and comfort of passengers, demonstrating my ability to stay calm under pressure and handle all kinds of situations with confidence. My role requires keen attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service to diverse groups of people.In parallel, I also hold the position of a Supervisor at Tim Hortons, where I oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role has honed my leadership skills, teaching me how to motivate a team, handle conflict resolution, and maintain high standards of service.Previously, as a Flight Attendant with Lynx Air, I developed a deep understanding of the aviation industry, building my expertise in safety protocols, emergency response, and customer care. My time with Lynx Air reinforced my ability to manage complex situations and provided me with valuable insights into passenger needs and expectations, up until their cessation of operations on February 26, 2024.My earlier career experiences, including my roles as at Five Guys and McKee Homes, have ingrained in me a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. These roles taught me the importance of teamwork, time management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.Additionally, my volunteer work with the Alberta NDP allowed me to engage with my community and develop my organizational skills. This experience reflects my commitment to civic engagement and my ability to influence and communicate effectively in diverse settings.Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about continuous learning and personal growth.
