In my current position as Clinical Project Leader, I fulfill a role which requires extensive Medical knowledge/background in various therapeutic areas. This function also requires expertise and experience in the design, conduct and management of multinational clinical studies, including protocol review, management of trial supplies, study budgets, and the timely submission /follow-up with local Regulatory Authorities and Ethics Committees. Additional input includes involvement in the development of clinical trial protocols and patient information leaflets, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, motivating trial teams, communication and collaboration with trial sites to track patient recruitment, retention and data quality and oversight/interaction with site staff and investigators.
