- Recommend merchandise to customers based on their needs and preferences.- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices.- Provide an elevated customer experience to generate loyal clientèle.- Serve as the main liaison between customers, management and sales team.- Send and receive customer emails.- Monitor daily goals via excel spreadsheet and conference calls. - Price merchandise and stock shelves.- Train up to five new sales associates each season.- Handle customer issues.- Contact other store locations to determine merchandise availability.- Engage with customers in a sincere and friendly manner.- Complete all cleaning, stocking and organizing tasks in assigned sales area.
