My tasks were inspecting rooms, preparing the daily room boards for attendants; in addition cleaning and organizing storages/offices. At times I was responsible for staff scheduling and ordering materials such as cleaning equipment as well as amenities. I would consider myself to be strong in the following positions: as a Room attendant and Houseman. I took the opportunity to dive into both roles during my time here and would consider myself well trained in both roles.

Here I was a Para-educator assisting students in the Special Needs department. This position required that I attend to the needs of my students while in addition supporting these students with their daily school work. I was to assist them with reaching the curriculum goals that they had been assigned to accomplish within the school year. This position also required that I assist with any physical or mental challenges these students may have had.

At the beginning of my work here I was an Intern. With this internship I worked as a substitute After School Program Instructor where I would be sent to different sites to cover absent faculty. Eventually I was in charge of my own class of grades second and third, making me an official instructor for the program L.E.A.P. This job consisted of Lesson planning, recreational activities, and assisting with homework. After my experience as an instructor I began to work individually with students in the special needs program. I worked directly with one to three students with physical and mental impairments, I assisted with classwork and other needs the student required. With that said I was given the privilege to work with students who had physical disabilities, autism, ADHD, and more. I helped assist in the classroom and provided as much support as possible for these students to achieve and complete their assignments.
