- Founded a complete doors solution company responsible for procurement & supply of more than 5,000 Wooden Flush Doors & Ready-to-Install Door Frames for residential apartments throughout western India.- Dissecting sales orders from clients in to various purchase orders for vendors of different parts & components of door frames & doors.- Ensuring production goals were met by the vendors to achieve timely order deliveries.- Managing a team of on-site carpenters for flawless installation of products.- Forayed in to solid wood flooring & wall panels sales & installation.

- Initiated operations for procurement of wood logs for export to India, Middle-East, Vietnam & Bangladesh.- Registered a new private company, procured necessary local & export trade licences & managed banking operations for the company in one of the most business-unfriendly countries of the world.- Built long-term trade relations with forest harvesters & clients.- Company was struck a heavy blow with implementation of lockdown during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
