Strategic Advisor to early stage startup building products for digital health and medication adherence.

Established Seniorlink’s Clinical Services and Innovation team with the goal of transforming the organization from a traditional home care service model into a data-driven, clinically-focused model of care that connects care teams to tech-enabled family caregivers. Led a multi-disciplinary clinical team to design, pilot and bring to market remote-based coaching programs; pilot results showed a nearly 20% reduction in hospitalizations, 50% reduction ER visits and 10% increase in caregiver activation. Shaped a culture of quality improvement and person-centered care that positively impacted social determinants of health as a core part of the model of care; organization achieved a three-year accreditation for NCQA in Case Management and was the first in the nation to be jointly accredited for Case Management with Long Term Support and Services (LTSS) Distinction.Built and implemented an inventory of over 200 clinical protocols that addressed chronic conditions and social determinants of health, resulting in improved care team efficiency

Led the design, development and launch of clinical pharmacy programs for Cigna’s commercial business. Responsible for strategic direction and implementation of affordability initiatives, including utilization management programs and drug list development. Guided integration of pharmacy data and resources into comprehensive health management solutions and pay-for-performance relationships with network physicians.

Member of the executive leadership team, contributing to business development, sales and account management. Directly responsible for product development processes, including product design and lifecycle management, development of training modules, reporting metrics and quality assurance protocols, staffing, and pricing.

Supervised pharmacy benefit manager account team to achieve its cost-savings targets, assessing the viability of strategic partnership opportunities and determining the allocation of a $5M budget for clinical initiatives.

Initiated the Introduction to Managed Care Pharmacy Principles course for PharmD students. Served as a preceptor for PharmD students completing a five-week experiential rotation at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.
