Jay Watson, III serves as a major project manager for the St. Louis Development Corporation and Project Connect. Jay's extensive and diverse experience within the civil engineering industry serves as a great catalyst towards developing and fostering the relationships that continue to improve the St. Louis region. As a proud graduate of Morehouse College (Atlanta) and Missouri Science & Technology (Rolla), Jay has developed a keen sense of interdisciplinary skills that extend beyond the engineering field. In addition, Jay can credit his leadership and communication skills to numerous organizations including; the National Society of Black Engineers, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, Americorps, and the Atlanta University Center (AUC) Sustainability Campus Community Initiative.
