 Provide 2nd level Help Desk and Network support across 19 building/sites to 300 users and over 150 servers of a windows 2008 domain including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and DFS.  Primary person responsible for all software installs upgrades and updates. Support and maintain remote access via Citrix Access Gateway, as well as internal Citrix Presentation Servers. Primary support for enterprise mobile devices via BES and MobileIron including Blackberries, iPads, and iPad2s. Responsible for administration of Cisco VOIP including hardware/software phones, single number reach, device mobility, voicemail services and email integration, and contact center management.

 Provide advanced analysis and problem solving to support servers, PC’s and thin-client appliances, including setup, configuration, installation and maintenance of hardware and software Perform basic database setups to link form input to database Support on-line processing environments Train users to create web pages Create scripts to maintain the Intranet site Support LAN/WAN, Disaster Recovery, various proprietary software systems necessary for daily operations Provide extensive telephone and e-mail support to end users with varying levels of experience
