Designed a multi-phase approach to implement a go-to-market strategy. Phase I: Assessed, identified and determined initial markets to launch. Created and designed customized, multi-tiered process to revolutionize the in-salon consultative sales approach. Phase II: Recruited, hired, trained, coached and managed a team of Brand Specialists in high-potential markets. PHASE III: Oversee the day-to-day sales plan, forecast, strategy and management of the channel. Manage P&L budget for channel as well overseeing territory management and expansion. Trusted Advisor and integral part of Senior Leadership team collaborating with CEO, Public Relations and Marketing, Operations, Channel Knowledge Experts, and Finance to review budgets, marketing strategies, brand direction and sales and inventory forecasts for the channel.

InternationalOver the past three years, I have been a trainer/facilitator for a leadership group (slap) based out of San Francisco. Traveled within the United States as well as Canada and parts of Europe to deliver and facilitate training to senior level Leaders within Fortune 100 companies. Additionally, provide on-going coaching as a follow-up to the customized facilitation work.

Traveled throughout the country to ‘under-penetrated’ markets to develop, test, implement, and document a brand-able experience for developing New Business for the organization. In addition to these responsibilities, was a member of the Bumble and bumble University (Bb.U) faculty and taught at the business school. This position is charged with co-creating and executing content for Business Immersions and the delivery of coaching services for Bb. Network Salons. In this position responsible for insuring the delivery of these paid for services to the Network Salon owners and managers which will result in making Bb.U the leader in coaching service within the beauty industry. Additional responsibilities include on-going development of our internal and external sales force’s coaching skills.
