As a Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group Lead and a Generalist Programmer at Ubisoft Winnipeg, I create solutions for teams of hundreds of developers that improve the value of every team member. I have over 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on game development and medical device industry.I lead design discussions, work within technical limitations, and satisfy user needs using C#, C++, Java, Python, and Typescript. I also create lean agile processes that provide high value more often and quick development iterations. Additionally, I plan events and presentations that spread information about neurodiversity and neuro-inclusion, and mentor neurodivergent adults and kids outside of the studio. My mission is to leverage my technical and leadership skills to make better games and a better work environment for everyone.
