WIth a Bachelor of Science (BSC) Management degree, I've always wanted to pursue a long-lasting career in Human Resource (HR) Management. I am a people person and I enjoy being around people. I pride myself on my communication skills and I view handling difficult situations as a challenge.In my previous employment as a Senior Finance Officer in an SME, my job responsibilities encompassed more than finance related matters. As there is no HR Department in that Company, besides my main credit control role, I was handling HR matters from overseas payrolls, staff leave management, office events organising, staff insurance claims, etc. to IT support roles whenever I am required to.I have a friendly personality with the ability to interact with people of all levels and bind them together. I believe can take on any HR role effectively, efficiently and happily!
