Working as Finance Analyst for both Corporate and Commercial divisions:Commercial Energy Service (Oct17 onwards):Business partner closely with operation managers (metering, water, gas, electricity) to understand the cost/revenue driver and improve financial result.Provide financial reporting and analysis including Opex, EBITDA Margins, Contract Tender.

• Produce monthly management reports and detailed analysis for senior management with comments, including Revenue analysis, Client Profitability Analysis, Cost recovery analysis, FTE Analysis and Overhead analysis.
• Prepare monthly dashboard performance reports and discuss results with key management.
• Provide commercial analysis and partner with business managers to work on ad-hoc projects including client profitability reviews for existing client retenders and new business proposals and financial analysis.

• General Accounting duties including working capital analysis, month end close, group consolidation, intercompany elimination, budget preparation, dealing with auditors, etc
• Reporting and Analysis duties including project profit margin analysis, inventory analysis, product costing analysis, transfer pricing review, trend analysis, monitoring performance.
• Support senior management (CEO, CFO, Countries GM) regarding decision making by provide reporting and analysis.

Project Work - Contribute to SAP ECC implementation project deliverables including cost center mapping, data migration, cutover strategy, master data validation, UAT, trainer session to ensure deadlines are met.

• Strong practical experience and understanding of business process across different functions of financial accounting and management reporting covering Commercial, Corporate, Inventory and Fixed Assets & Capex:
• Prepare complex statutory accounts for various entities (including treasury entities).
• Managed to prepare complex statutory accounts for a newly acquired entity with prior year adjustment within a short time frame.
• Contribute to Capex planning process and prepare monthly Capex progress tracking report against budget.
• Manage and deliver accurate group depreciation budgets, quarterly forecasts and provide variance analysis.
• Provide variance, trend analysis and commentary on depreciation budget comparison.

• Managed the integrity of trade spend (Rebates, discounts) accruals process.
• Conducted review meeting with state commercial division, Ensured the accuracy of trade spend related P/L accounts and Eliminate risk on balance sheet.
