Through observation, interview, and experience to discover the potential demand of "People", and then establish POV (Point-of-view).UX designerWith POV as the core, build functions' structure, and define the user's behavior. With the flowcharts, wireframe layouts, and motion effect definitions, cooperate with GUI designers, software engineers (and/or firmware engineers) to build UI prototype, and publish UI specifications.At different stages of product development, plan and perform user test.

UI designerAssist the department manager to define the product concept and functions' structure, and then design the user's behavior. Research and predict the new behavior from the users. Evaluate and report the feasibility of importing the new behavior in the products.

UI designerAccording to the customer needs, design/define the functions' manipulation processes, layouts, and UI elements. And then publish UI specifications.Develop/design the next generation user interface for the products, and perform the paper prototype test for the target users.User's manual designerDesign the templates of the user's manual. Formulate the principles and process of the layout.Website designerCollect the needs from different departments. Base on the needs, re-design the company website, that includes the general user interface and management interface. And build the environment include the server and database.
