Responsible for hundreds of millions of dollar and major square footage multi-use projects, Jay was the driving force and major (re)author of The USC BIM Guidelines & Execution Plans, enabling design-through construction coordination to be accomplished in a planned and predictable manner beginning with the USC Village single phase project. Systems and BIM coordination, clash detection and prevention techniques developed with Design, Construction & Client goals in mind.
