Responsible for over 850 pieces of electronic equipment, including 22 point-of-sale PCs, 7 accounting and inventory PCs, 2 Linux based servers (1 with the main database and the other running as a backup), 720 electronic Wi-Fi gaming handheld units and 60 stationary touchscreen gaming units, as well as over 1000 pieces of replacement parts and supplies. All inventory needs to be tracked and accounted for by running reports from a database that I created especially for this purpose, on a weekly basis. I also attend corporate meetings to give and receive input about things like; game play, equipment functionality and how FortuNet may be able to make corrections to allow things to run a little more efficiently. All of this information needs to be reported back to FortuNet on a weekly basis as well, shipping and receiving of the bad/replacement parts back to FortuNet as well.

• Responsible for service of electronic banking equipment, including PC based ATM machines running on either an OS/2 or Windows XP EMBEDDED OS. Regularly required to repair or replace motherboards, CPUs, RAM, HDD, CD/RWs, floppy drives, etc. Configuration of BIOS as well.• Some interaction with WiFi configurations to run ATMs in remote locations as well as mechanical repair or replacement of robotic type parts that pick cash and dispense to customers.• Telephone support for customer that could fix their issues by having someone talk them through the steps to completing a repair.

Responsibilities included but not limited to entire planning of small, Windows based, Point-of-sale networks, consisting of 4-5 units per site, from cabling, to terminal locations, punch downs, patch panels etc.Installation, service and configuration of hubs and routers.Telephone support for other field technicians, as well as directly to customers giving them guidance to successfully repairing their issues, remotely.At this position I also performed installation and break-fix work on video survailence equipment as well, such as DVRs, cameras, time lapse VCRs, cabling, wiring, mounting etc.
