My main role as Senior Consultant is to manage benefit administration engagements and monitor administrative processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness in the delivery of services to both clients and plan participants. Some of the responsibilities that make up the majority of my day to day work, which also happens to be my favorite parts of the job, are to serve as a key resource for new plan and client automation projects across the practice, to provide guidance to associates, and to help clients make smarter and more informed decisions on the management of their defined benefit plans and participants.
