Having developed her business JY Management Group whilst studying a Bachelor of Entertainment Management, Jaz has knowledge of the in's and outs of the industry as well as experience working with creatives across her career. Such knowledge and experience have led to Jaz's work ethic thriving amongst her peers- developing a music events business', working tirelessly long hours networking, building her clients and pivoting her business towards online mentoring/teaching. Never one to turn down a challenge, Jaz has also developed a successful music industry-focused podcast and music tech startup that has seen Jaz become a leader in her field on music metadata and industry trends. With aspirations to have a significant impact within the music industry throughout her career, Jaz is not one to dream small and is up for tackling every challenge and opportunity, adapting methods and thought patterns where necessary.
