At R&A Work Staffing I helped organize the business alongside the company owner to open up the agency. At Ross I was a Sales Associate. As a sales associate I worked in multiple areas of the job such as sales floor, front end supervisor, markdowns and freight. When working with mark downs I would set my team into 3 so we could hit our goal of marking down every single item in the store by scanning each and every sku number to see if it needed to be marked down. When working as a F.O.S I managed the team on the sales floor based on the business of the store. In freight I worked as inventory to scan each item getting off the truck as well as noting which items came in as damaged.
