As the Head of Special Projects at Project Destined, I led a team of interns to design and execute special projects and dedicated boot camps, that reached over 1 thousand people and increased engagement by 50%. Project Destined is a non-profit organization that empowers underserved youth to learn about real estate and financial literacy through experiential learning and mentorship. I joined Project Destined as a Program Manager in Feb 2021, after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Johnson C. Smith University, where I also worked as a Game Operations Intern for MC 3 Sports & Entertainment for 3.5 years. I have strong teamwork, social media, and Spanish translation skills, and I am passionate about creating positive social impact through education and innovation.
