Coordinate with Project Manager to support and set up project documents and systems to deliver to the bootcamp, as well as providing administrative support and engaging and monitoring ongoing projects

Development of program supplies, inventory and index system and management of donations inventory

Responsible for reception duties including incoming calls and transfers, welcoming guests and participants, appointing setting, COVID proceedures and managing donations

Worked with other volunteers as a cohesive team, to ensure that the horses were taken care of, assisted people with disabilities with horse therapy and made sure they were care for, and demonstrated maintenance skills and organisational skills with the upkeep of the facility
