Develop and maintain a working relationship with the housekeeping and maintenance staff in the high school area. Work closely with the high school staff in developing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating a variety of activities – educational, cultural, social, personal, and recreational – for residential high school students. Consult with students, parents/guardians, staff, faculty, deans and others regarding disciplinary situations and concerns of high school students. Contact parents/guardians concerning high school students violation of the Student Code of Conduct and special concerns. Maintain accurate and appropriate records of disciplinary matters, and informing the appropriate school officials. Manage area budget for training, selection, programming, supplies and High School clubs and organizations. Assist with the organization and training of the facilitators for the new student orientation program. Assist with the planning and implementation of the fall orientation program for new students and parents. -

Manage recruitment, interviewing, and selection of Residence Life professional staff.
