*Schedule, coordinate, and provide staff support for special events, meetings, faculty recruitment processes including organizing travel and lodging arrangements, and other activities under the Dean’s purview*Maintain constant communication between campus constituents and the Dean through managing his calendar and scheduling requests, following up with contacts, and relaying information to faculty on his behalf

* Interact with the overall campus community on a daily basis while overseeing and ensuring the Intake team meets its deadlines* Managing duties in a timely manner as well as maintaining constant verbal and email communication between department faculty, counselors, and students

* Overseeing Intake Student Staff in ensuring intake interns are completing their special projects and assignments* Maintaining communication with counselors and professional staff about student questions and concerns in the office throughout the week during biweekly staff meetings

* Facilitate weekly seminars for the intake interns, regarding updates on resource protocol and how to most effectively serve students * Hosting community-building events for the overall EOP staff community* Set up Same-Day appointments on the shared Google calendars and help students meet with academic counselors, answer student concerns via email and other administrative tasks

* Communicate with self-represented litigants to confirm information and fill out relevant paperwork regarding their case, ranging from family law cases, restraining orders, small claims, and name/gender changes* Conduct on-site intake duties by answering customer questions, distributing tickets, and providing Spanish interpretation
