With over six years of work experience in the medical field I am currently the Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Alpert Jewish Family Service, a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive care to individuals and families in need. In this role, I use my data entry, medical collections, insurance, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills to manage the billing and collection processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. I also oversee the accounts receivable team, providing training, guidance, and support. My core competencies include attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. I am passionate about helping people and making a positive impact in the community. I am pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Keiser University, where I also obtained my Bachelor's degree in the same field. My goal is to become a licensed counselor and provide mental health services to those who need them. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
