• Adhering to investor regulations and guidelines• Communicating industry requirements in a comprehensive manner to all parties involved, including the loan officer, underwriter, title company, real estate agent, management or etc.• Assisting customers with issues in an empathetic, understandable, and efficient manner• Managing a pipeline of 40 to 50 mortgage applications per month• Remain up to date with all compliance and industry policies. Including TILA-RESPA, Fair Housing Regulations, Phishing Policies and etc.• Meeting and maintaining high service and production goals• Practicing quality Risk Management when reviewing application for credit, income, assets, property and fraud requirements• Analyzing all credit package documents with attention to detail for all stakeholders involved in the transaction including the customer, our mortgage lenders, agents and etc.• Proven ability to process all purchase and refinance FHA, VA, GSE, HFA, Heloc, and Down payment assistance loans. Including TCF Heloc, Tower Heloc, PHFA, DSHA, and etc.
