As a Manager in Training at JAKO ENTERPRISES, LTD., I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing the sales strategy, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I have over four years of experience in the retail industry, having worked as an Assistant Manager at Hibbett Sports, where I led a team of customer service representatives, increased sales revenue, and handled inventory and merchandising. I have developed skills in sales, business management, customer service, and leadership, which I apply to my current role and my academic pursuits. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Criminal Justice at Southern University and A&M College- Baton Rouge, where I also obtained my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. I have a keen interest in the legal field, and I plan to further my education by enrolling in an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Baton Rouge Community College. My goal is to combine my passion for justice, my knowledge of the law, and my expertise in sales and business management to make a positive impact on society.
