Changemaker, ideator, innovator, connector. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Political Science concentrating in International Relations as well as a certificate in entrepreneurship and innovation. I am ambitious and driven with every endeavor I take on in life from the high school science fair, to joining an all Indian acapella choir my freshman year in college, to starting up my own non-profit organization. I hope my LinkedIn gives you a sample of my interests and passions in life..My freshman year in high school I started a toiletry drive that would never end. Working with my student council I started collecting toiletries for homeless shelters. When I went to Purdue University and joined the co-ed business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, I took the initiative nation wide. The drive became a campaign and then it became a national 501c3 nonprofit. Along with a team we've been able to spread it across 40 states working with over 120 universities, high schools, hotels, and consulting firms. With the national expansion we were able to get major recognition with the Clinton Global Initiative University, Clinton Global Initiative - America, and the Millennium Campus Conference at the United Nations. Beyond helping in homelessness and poverty alleviation I have a great passion for environmental concerns, endangered animals, and girls education in third world countries.I enjoy working in expansion, program development, and grant writing. I value the need for innovation and entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship. My latest initiative, Project Connect, focuses on bringing together individuals and organizations to create community engagement and development.
