At Omines we build custom made software, this can be anything from an advanced website to an entire microservice oriented infrastructure to handle distributed system pumping big data from one place to another while piping it through several handlers to enrich the data passing through. My role here is mostly working as DevOp/Dev at the big data projects and R&D new niche projects. Usually if any project comes in regarding interfacing with embedded system, persistent network application or just plain outside-the-box concepts I'll be the one researching the possibilities and building the end product. At KJ we build custom made ERP business software for small and middle size companies as well as a product for the catering branche named EasyParty. My function was in the custom ERP software division, catering the kind of companies that are too big for Excel sheets and also too specialized to use some generic SAP implementation (without huge consultancy costs). At the time I worked here our mainly used technology was Delphi with RAD. Using general, internally developed components for general tasks like CRM, finance and product management I excelled at the custom made implementations making the products unique in close contact with the customers themselves. For example; a "best price selector for generic products at different suppliers" for a building material reseller, a "fully integrated transportation and enrichment monitor" for a multinational gate manufacturer and a "toxic waste registration" for a producer of chemical products.- Software development (PHP, Javascript, Delphi, C#)- Database/Sql (MSSql)

ICN Solutions is an Autodesk reseller, at the time I worked here we where focused on the Dutch market pushing Autodesk Suites. ICN Solutions also holds an internally developed BIM solution build upon the Autodesk Revit ecosystems. I held an inside sales position here cold calling potentional customers and existing customers advising them on buying or upgrading to more economically friendly suites as well as getting appointments for outside sales people to pitch the advantages of the BIM solutions and trainings ICN could offer.- Account management- Acquisition

Schijvens produces corporate identity clothing for large franchises and also runs a work gear product line for smaller businesses. MVO and Fair Wage projects are a big focus of this company and they have a pioneering position in multiple Fairware projects thoughout the EU and in convincing the franchise holding customers to come along. Starting out in the warehouse I quickly managed to show my skills in automation and process control. This made me move up the ladder to the buying department to assist in the buying, producing and import of (intermediate-) products and building small tools which filled the gaps in the company ERP system streamlining the process flow to the custom demands the company held. - Order/production control- Account management (fields: ICT, transport and intermediate products)- Process control- Software development (VBA)- Database/Sql (Oracle)
