• Provide financial and administrative support for Vodafone project in adherence to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed with the client. • Provide a positive image of CGI through his role. • Ensure that set objectives are met as defined on the agreed performance metrics. • Gather relevant detailed information regarding the queries. • Provide support to the Manager, Team Leads and Senior Associates on investigating service delivery issues. • Prepare monthly status updates for discussion during monthly team meetings. • Attend, participate and pass all scheduled and requested training events and assessments required to update/broaden knowledge relevant to the role. • Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures. • Perform other tasks assigned.

Role as Associate:•Participates in audit planning.• Understands and documents client's nature of business and its industry• Identifies and performs understanding and walkthrough of significant classes of transactions and internal control testing• Performs detailed analytical review of the financial condition and results of operations of the client• Identifies issues and prepares matters for the attention of seniors and managers• Assists clients in preparation of financial statements in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework including compliance with International FinancialReporting Standards (IFRS), local corporate laws and rules of regulatory authorities•Prepares working papers and report any issues noted.•Effectively communicate with clients about matters needing their help and assistance.•Conducts physical inspection of documents and inventories.
