GETFITWRIGHTLLC was created to inspire, energize, and empower any and everyone who wants to become the best version of themselves. Many look at me and think, “he’s always been so driven and healthy!” Little do they know I started my journey into fitness when I was 16 years old and 310 lbs. My primary care physician at the time was very concerned with my weight and the probability of having heath concerns later on in my life. I felt as though I hit rock bottom when I saw the scale at 310 lbs. I made the decision on January 1st, 2009, that I’d take ownership of my life! I had a football coach who started me on a weight lifting program to follow and it was the best decision I made in my life. Over a decade later, that overweight kid is still in my heart and has a burning desire to continue to become better daily. My two biggest principles in life are ownership and time. If you take ownership of what you can control in life, you can have it all. If you use your time wisely, you’ll maximize the 24 hours we were all given.
