Support for ACP's staff and membership on a daily basis, provided information to incoming calls and emails from the general public and members—current and potential—and organized a number of programs and projects for our membership of Canadian English-language independent book publishers. I helped organize committee meetings and coordinated larger bi-annual conferences by managing registration, logistical planning, and aiding in programming professional development, both exclusive to our members and open to the publishing industry at large. In addition to managing the Mentorship, PD Subsidy, and Purchase Groups for BookNet Canada Services, I maintained our public-facing website and member directory, as well as our internal databases.The ACP is the national voice of independent book publishers operating in lands currently known as Canada. I prepared Audio and Visual material for York University's Sound and Moving Image Library. I worked both independantly and with librarians' guidance in this process—from creating basic reference information to labeling and repackaging material for shelf life. I also helped manage the film and music collection for circulation, records keeping and data entry of new acquisitions.

I provided general referencing services to library patrons relating to the media collection and information on SMIL services and library policies. I also handled circulation, discharging and shelving of library material. While working behind the desk, I upheld university service standards with professors, staff and students alike. I would also supervise evening shifts with student assistants and ensured safety of the area during closing hours.

I joined a number of projects related to early Canadian radio broadcasting, advertisement and their cultural reception. I worked with a large team of students where we handled archived material, accumulated research, and prepared references for presentation use. During the 2017 winter semester, I coordinated communications between Professor MacLennan and students when necessary, as well as supervised incoming student researchers and assisted with their queries when needed.

I worked in the Communications Unit in The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne under the Akwesasne Area Management Board's SEED program. This included proofreading or writing internal documents and press releases, doing daily media coverage and compilation for in-office news briefs and consulting with the community about their needs from the Mohawk Council when necessary.
