The Diabesties Foundation is a not-for-profit dedicated to empowering those living with diabetes. The foundation adopts a multi-faceted approach, targeting health inequities and championing universal access to medication, medical literacy and medical education. At the core of Diabesties' mission is the drive to eradicate gender and economic disparities in healthcare and enable individuals to effectively advocate for their health rights. They work with diverse stakeholders—including those with lived experience, caretakers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and industry— to create sustainable impact in the diabetes space with education at the core. Diabesties' outreach extends to rural communities, working in synergy with grassroots organizations to ensure comprehensive and equitable diabetes care.
