Taught in and refined the design of the ICF-accredited professional coach training program offered by the Demers Group

I worked as a consultant in leadership and organizational development for clients like Toyota, Variety-The Children's Charity, ICBC, and BC Hydro. I also coordinated the development of key Tekera programs - Coaching Conversations and Energy for Performance.

Administering a theological college, St. Andrew's Hall, committed to being an influential leader in theological education, student housing, and campus ministry and teaching at an affiliated theological college, Vancouver School of Theology, in their history department. While at St. Abdrew's Hall, we built a social enterprise around student housing that increased our revenues from $130,000 to $1.6 million.

Glebe was a small neighbourhood church in the heart of Toronto. While serving this wonderful community of delightful Christians, we welcomed over 100 new members, built a strong Sunday School program, and developed a solid financial base for future ministries and mission.
