Mr. Carlson founded and utilized technology following a methodology he created for two-sided and multi-sided market economic platforms leading to increased and new capabilities. In some instances Carlson has reduced costs and inefficiencies in marketplace including reducing terrorist based events by using a rarified and modernized approach towards novel bearer instruments terrorists illegally used for terrorist event financing in America and throughout the world. Circa 1999-2001, Mr. Carlson created a business model that was sold to some of the largest Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturers in the world and led his teams to secure Procter & Gamble, Kimberly Clark, Sprite Remix, Coca-Cola, Land O'Lakes, Purina, Anheuser Busch, The Sharper Image and Wal-Mart, and many additional retailers. On New Years Eve, 2008, Mr. Carlson was sued for millions of dollars which exceeded far past $160M over time. Carlson fought and prevailed against one of the then largest companies in the world, AIG and their partners, while AIG was seeking a government bailout during the the 2000’s financial crisis while Carlson lead litigation teams in 8 federal court cases across 7 different state/jurisdictions costing millions of dollars and over 40 attorneys. Mr. Carlson was not required to and did not pay any of the plaintiffs suing him and his entities. Carlson Imperatives NGO, is a non-governmental organization (NGO) Mr. Carlson founded focusing on Imperatives identified by Carlson to better and serve people through organizations like the United Nations and other intergovernmental organizations and private businesses. Some Carlson Imperatives include continued reduction and elimination of certain terrorism finance and events, ratifying the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, climate change, climate change mitigation, Imperatives regarding water (water pressure, water purity, and water volume), extinguishing fire through methods using sound remove oxygen with additional next-generation technology, women's rights and aligning private and public sector interests to meet Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by eliminating and replacing negative externalities with positive externalities.
