The company launched a mobile entertainment application that was downloaded over 200,000 times. Reporting to the CEO, my mission was to recruit a team to create from scratch the web application that would replace the mobile application.Main objectives:- Audit the code, build the roadmap, manage the projects, manage the product- Recruit and manage 7 people in 1 month- Challenge the company to help the growth- Set up monetization (affiliation, surveys, offerwalls, coregistration, ads, premium...)Main achievements :- 0 to 1000 DAU- Set up 7 ways to monetize the application- On-time Product delivery according to roadmapWhat comes next is fundraising to reach 10k DAU.
