J.B. Howell serves as the National Sales Manager – North America for Novum Structures LLC. In this role, he leads the sales team, crafts market strategies, and manages client communications, supported by the Preconstruction and Estimating teams. J.B. and his team collaborate with architects, general contractors, owners, and developers during all stages of design and construction. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in delivering innovative glazed solutions for complex, high-tech architectural structures and enclosures.J.B. holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Iowa and has been with Novum for 18 years. Throughout his career, he has successfully secured over $250 million in projects across North America, with notable achievements including the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, OH. He played a key role in developing the Novum Designer Assist process, establishing strong partnerships with architects nationwide, and has significant national account development experience with large-scale clients. Additionally, J.B. was instrumental in establishing Novum’s Toronto office, which has been highly successful. His leadership extends to the regional sales teams, contributing to project procurement in both the United States and Canada. He also provides strategic guidance to the international sales team, particularly in implementing the Novum Designer Assist process.
