Post Production Facilities Manager
JB began at Arthur Young as Senior Video Editor, and went on to manage the Post Production Facilities team at EY. During his tenure he has been involved as the lead systems integration supervisor in the relocation, design and construction of the EY video post production facility from Reston, VA to Cleveland, OH and subsequently the two further video facility rebuilds in the greater Cleveland metro area. He also managed the Avid video facility design and installation at the EY Five Times Square location in New York, NY, and continued to oversee the Post Production Facility and Editing Staffs in both New York and Cleveland while acting as Video Facilities Manager and Senior Video Editor.He is as comfortable dealing with CEOs and top executives as he is collaborating with Producers, Directors and Technicians as well as AV Staging Technicians and Engineers around the world. As a Meeting and Staging Media Manager he has the unique ability to plan, execute and implement flawless events while engaging with key stakeholders, to the delight of event attendees with proven, repeatable results. JB has negotiated numerous multi-year vendor contracts that encompass music licensing, Avid systems engineering maintenance and video software agreements. He has annually managed EY’s Fiscal Year Capital Equipment Budgets.Successful projects and events that JB has led media management and technical supervision include EY Strategic Growth Forum (1500 attendees), World Entrepreneur Of The Year Forum and Awards (1100 attendees), Global New Partner Meetings (700 attendees) and EY US and International Partner Meetings (6500 attendees).
