On-site contact for clients/caterers/vendors/bartenders, responding to the needs of the event.-Assist client/vendors with any questions they have, ensuring the the terms of the rental contract and vendor agreement(s) are met by the client/vendors and The Rickhouse including; operating within the designated times, ensure that cleaning expectations are met. -Assist with bar set up and back bar assistance including; replacing kegs, replacing beer gas, staging wine and glassware, filling ice, replenishing wine or liquor -Assisting client or vendor with in house audio visual needs throughout event including; hooking up a computer presentation via HDMI or VGA, using apple TV/Direct TV, assisting with music via sonos, XLR hook up or auxiliary connection-Directing vendors and guests where is permissible to unload and park, answer any questions they have regarding set-up and/or clean up-Monitor, restock and clean bathrooms as needed throughout the event -Monitor event and guests, to be aware of any suspicious or questionable activity that affects the safety and comfort of the guests or themselves and/or The Rickhouse or Two Doors Distillery property

Efficient Bar Manager with a comprehensive knowledge of wine, beer, mixed drinks, and spirits. Adept at efficiently filling a wide variety of orders in a short period of time, while maintaining an effective flow of service behind the bar. Solely responsible for making sure that all dining room drink orders were filled, including wines by the glass and non-alcoholic drinks. Responsible for keeping the bar work area clean and for making sure that the bar was always properly stocked. Developed new drink recipes for the specialty cocktail menu. Also accountable for cash and credit transactions, balancing cash drawers, and paying employees. Performed all closing duties.
