As a member of board of directors in charge of the management of the LBC’s business; fully responsible for the business strategic and operational decisions of the company and also responsible for ensuring that the company meets its statutory obligations. My role as a board members includes participates in board meetings to enable the board to reach decisions and make sure that the company’s obligations are fulfilled. I am effectively the agents of the company and appointed to manage its day-to-day affairs.
