- Designed line of loudspeakers which used innovative tapered dual rear ports and inverted tweeter and midrange driver configurations to achieve improved time alignment. Uniquely damped basket venting on the midrange driver controlled its electrical impedance which improved its crossover’s performance. - Built a convertible work cell for assembling the dual pod freestanding ZSE loudspeaker system. Coordinated sourcing of the ZSE loudspeaker components including its electronic equalizer’s components.

- Consulted to retailers and manufacturers of loudspeakers on product performance. Focused effort on high-end, esoteric, full range, electrostatic, and magnetic, thin film, dipole loudspeaker systems.- Designed, built, and sold Enigma active, dipole subwoofer which was displayed in the Innovation Area at a Chicago CES. Product received excellent review in Stereophile magazine.- Designed, prototyped, and secured distribution for active full range, dipole loudspeaker (ZSE-380). Product received excellent reviews by Westchester Audiophile Society and Ovation magazine. Contracted to build and sell that product.

- Finalized three Computer Maximized loudspeaker designs and converted their passive crossovers to high reliability, lower cost and lower distortion printed circuit board versions. - Designed four loudspeaker systems, final acoustics and transducers for nine home and portable headphones. These lighter weight designs allowed Koss to enter the new portable listening market (adding 20% in sales) with great success, while maintaining the pre-existing home hifi market.- Coordinated the design and sourcing of two electronic and one speaker product sourced in Taiwan. Spent two months at vendor sites resolving initial production issues, documenting changes and test requirements.- Upgraded the sound of two full range electrostatic loudspeakers. Arranged an A/B demo for marketing and sales. Improvements were incorporated into the products and yielded favorable product reviews in several audio magazines.- Designed the transducer and final acoustics for the Porta-Pro stereophone. This product is still in production after 30 years and receives excellent reviewer and customer comments testifying to its robust, low cost, and excellent performance.
