• Responsible for delivery of all projects primarily providing bespoke software solutions, and, ownership of project management group. I was invited into the business to introduce capability to deliver fixed price fixed.

• Designed and embedded PM policies, processes and governance framework across the business introducing formal gate mechanisms through sales, delivery & support.

• Responsible for delivery of the Deployable Communications and Information Systems projects for the NATO Response Force.
• Lead the delivery of multi million euro international projects encompassing development of voice, information, networking, security, software and hardware to meet the operational needs of the modern NATO Response Force.
• Lead the integration of people and technology with hardware systems in Germany, software systems in UK, customers in Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg and multinational suppliers.
• Introduction of EVM and Portfolio Management to the Airbus project management group, and, member of the Airbus worldwide risk management directorate
