I love to build solutions to problems - to automate testing or partially automate when possible. Quality Assurance and related fields are my passion and being able to operate in some form or capacity to create the best possible products and solutions for release within any environment. Primary objectives are in the area of software testing/management, communication, leadership, and mentoring.Have also spent the last few years combining a new career path in Project Management. Have brought portions of project management in the Quality Assurance field for a well rounded career.Always looking for new ways and methods to enhance my experience and always thinking out of the box for new ways to test, manage, and advance my knowledge.Currently working with ITIL V3 and MOF V4 to advance managerial frameworks and methodologies.Also - still not afraid to work in the trenches when needed as that's were we all basically started and never afraid of jumping into the unknown.
