During these opportunities, I have collected, refined, and reapplied many diverse skills, both technical and sociological, to positively lead teams and customers towards our shared visions.Starting with a solid foundation in Java development, I have delivered customer products for the web, from data to user experience, with multiple programming languages and multiple techniques for production infrastructure.In my recent programs, I have expanded into solving the "BigData" problem for customers including storage, discovery, analytics, and search.As founder and owner of Linchpin Software, my goal is to build a team of consultants that deliver working software and lead customers through IT challenges.
